04/05/16- Ambassador Quinn Presents on the Challenges of International Food Security World Food Prize leader and former Cambodia U.S. Ambassador, Dr. Kenneth Quinn, visits Mississippi State University April 5 as a special guest of the Radványi Chair in International Security Studies and the International Institute. Ambassador Quinn will present on the challenges of international food security in the 21st century at 1:30 p.m. in Fowlkes Auditorium in the Colvard Student Union. Quinn spent a 32 year career as a Foreign Service Officer in the U.S. Department of State and is recognized as one of the most decorated Foreign Service Officers in his generation attributed to his significant contributions in humanitarian efforts.
